Ric is a highly regarded industry expert, sought after not only for his wealth of experience, but also for his passion for the hospitality industry. Mr. Gordon’s four decades of hospitality experience includes time as GM, Market Partner, F&B Director, DOO, COO and President of numerous hospitality brands including Garcia’s Mexican Restaurants, Marriott hotels, P.F. Chang’s, Lyfe Kitchen and 9021 Pho restaurants. Ric’s restaurant operations experience includes designing, developing, opening and operating new restaurants and hotels.

Ric earned a degree in business with an emphasis in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in accounting from Denver University. Ric was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He and his wife live just outside Los Angeles, California with their daughter and share an affinity for world travel and exploring hospitality concepts wherever they go.
